When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Due to current circumstances deliveries may take longer to be delivered. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our colleagues is our utmost priority and we have put in place measures, including a social distancing plan, which may slow processing.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to your order can be made by you at any point whilst placing your order. Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order and made the payment, no changes to your order can be made.
